Will I still be able to see my Primary Care Provider if I complete a visit with you?

Yes we believe in continuity of care. After your visit your Primary Care Provider will receive a copy of our visit note.

Is your network secured during my visit?

Yes we use a state of the art HIPPA compliant EMR system. Our system has multiple firewalls and prevents any leak of personal information.

What if I don’t have a computer?

No worries our system is designed to connect you to a provider with one click from your computer, iPad or phone.

Do you offer on-site care?

Yes our staff is on-site for limited hours.

I am interested in Weight Loss. How do I know what injection is best for me?

I’ve been sick for a few days , Can you provide me with a Doctor’s Note?

Yes we will gladly perform an examination and submit a form to your employer to cover your absence.

What if I require further follow up with a specialist?
